The location is perfect for us! The pool/jacuzzi area was a little dirty but it was also packed!! The room was very clean, the bed was hard but not unbearable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views everywhere--that's mainly what you are buying. But this is also a well run hotel. Front desk, breakfast service very professional. Room had everything we needed and I enjoyed just sitting on the balcony. It was an easy 10 minute drive from the airport and it was so quiet at night. Really slept well.

Breakfast and free parking were nice but the real outstanding features were the location and the way the hotel has taken advantage with the many areas to relax and enjoy the view with firepits, comfortable chairs and tables spread around the grounds. 3 hot tubs and a pool with a special area for little ones were also a plus. Our room was comfortable and well appointed.

Very nice room and comfortable. Right by the water and a lot of walking available. You can also walk to downtown Pismo. Free breakfast was satisfying and they have free cookies. Beach access was awesome!

The location and view was amazing. The pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn't, one of the jacuzzi's wasn't working. I love that we had beach access and it was close to the pier. My kids had a blast and I can't wait to book again.

We enjoyed our stay, the cleanliness of white sheets, blankets and towels was a big plus. The staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh, with many side items to choose from. Plus the parking area is large enough to always finding a spot. Hoping to return soon.
