The room was quiet and very comfortable. The property has amazing views of the ocean and stairs leading to the beach. The staff is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. There's was also a grab and go breakfast in the lobby with bagels, oatmeal, coffee and other snacks. We had a very nice stay.

This motel is incredibly clean with very comfortable mattresses and pillows! The bathroom fixtures and furniture are old and look very run down but honestly having a really clean place to stay is more important than a dresser with knicks and dings in it! The property was very clean, beds were comfortable. Good for a family stay. Microwave and fridge were super helpful. We were in room 131, close to the pool but walls were very thin and could hear toilets flushing, people talking and doing other things😅 Overall its was a great location with fantastic beach access. Maybe we just were unlucky with the room and maybe other rooms are quieter. We would definitely try the location again

Perfect and affordable spot to hit the beach and a bonus that it’s next to the best cinnamon roll shop! Hotel could use a little updating but still a good and clean room, friendly staff and the location is amazing. I would stay again on my next trip to Pismo!
