The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The room and property was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were also clean and lovely. Convienant access to the beach is a great perk! Great location, but not the best looking. Too much rust stains on the balcony. The standard suit has a horrible view of vent tubes. Location is great though with easy access to the beach, hot tub and pool. Staff are always very nice and attentive to the guests needs. This place is a good value between price and location. I recommend it for families.

Traveled with family. The rooms were clean but old and run down. Bathroom doors didn’t close/lock properly. But other wise good for the price and close to main pismo boardwalk. One of the mini fridges wasn’t working but not a big issue. Nice to have microwaves and the idea of a mini fridge for drinks and left overs overall pretty decent. Small snack, continental breakfast. Which was simple but nice.
