Worst stay

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The floor was sticky, there were stains on the sheets, I did not feel safe and people were screaming and banging on doors throughout the night in the corridor outside my room. Stay away from this hotel.

Cheapest JFK option, No Hygiene.

Hands down the most neglected hotel I have ever experienced, there was mold in the shower, long hair strands everywhere, the floor has not been mopped in a long time, poop stains on walls and curtains, dried blood stains on a wall and dried up bodily fluids on the bed sheets. I took pictures.

It was literally so nasty. I promise you that you will not want to stay here. Blood and huge stains on sheets, pubes on the roof, smoke detectors removed, door lock removed, it is so unsafe. I do not know how it is still in business.

The hotel smelled like a urinal. My sheets have burn holes in them. It looks absolute gross in the room. There is a hole in the wall. Terrible.

If you want an emergency place to crash then I would prefer this. Do not visit this location if you are planning well ahead. Next resident to our room was playing loud music all night and there was no phone in the room to complain to receptionist. Very difficult to find parking. Staffs don’t even bother greeting. Avoid this place unless you don’t have any other options.

Don’t recommend.

Not really sure how to start. The place was extrema dirty. Coming out of the elevator there was a chicken wing on the floor. Just randomly there. The room was “organized” but not clean. Dirty floor, dirty mirror and to top it off a used panty hanging from the bathroom door. It smelled like cigarettes even though they have “no smoking” signs everywhere. Stayed here because I had no where else to go but definitely don’t recommend.

Please don’t book this hotel. I paid full amount including breakfast while booking and when I went for checkin, they told they have given my room to somebody else. They asked me to move to their partner hotel near by and they don’t had breakfast too. The photos shared by hotel ninety five in public websites are fake. When come to cleanliness, we can give 0/5. Floors were sticky and not provided even a single dustbin. It was not safe to stay there. No soap, bodywash, water were there. The area around this hotel is very pathetic and not safe.

Liked nothing if i had the option i wouldn't stayed but its a nightmare getting your money back 1st room had a big puddle of water like theres a leak ,they lied saying they just mopped thats too much water for mopping, 2nd room had cigarette burns everywhere like it was purposely done sheets were dirty both room smell of smoke i reserved 1 queen bed was giving 2 double bed in both room they post pictures that do not reflect the current state of the rooms Expedia needs to stop settling customers up with disgusting hotels

There were so many things I didn’t like they had no idea which room I booked when I booked several months in advance had to pay half cash half card because there card machine wasn’t working I had to get my room key change 3 different times on top of there was no ice machine on any floor I was told I had to buy a bag of ice from a store also after the telling the receptionist about my room key constantly not working there was no type of apology for my inconvenience I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again!!!

The worst hotel on expedia I've always use Expedia and this is the first i come across a hotel that is so disgusting i nearly threw up. The property is in a bad location where people are actually dealing drugs inside the property. The room is so disgusting i did not even stay there i end up spending extra money to get a whole other hotel that was so much better. There was bugs everywhere even the beds, the chairs was smelly , had dry blood on them and the bathroom disgusting the tub was filthy 😒 there was feces on the floor the whole building stink, and the room was even worse. The hotel staff are so rude and disrespectful the staff unplugged the phone so they cant be "bothered". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone i wouldnt even call that dump a hotel.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Lobby absolutely filthy; as soon as you get in you can smell the smell of mariguana and smoke. Floors dirty and sticky same with elevator. Probably haven’t been cleaned since they opened the hotel. As soon as you get in the room the shock begins; bugs, insects, dirty floors, stains on walls, dirty walls, dirty curtains, no light bulbs in lamps, blankets with cigarette burn holes, noise from rooms around…. The only reason I stayed the first night because I was tired from a very long drive from Canada and it was very late. Staying here is a safety hazard and I don’t want to get sick or get germs all over. I tried to get a refund but the staff rejected it because they knew that this was common.Expedia didn't do anything too and I left the second day because it was not safe to stay on that area

Bathroom and bed was cleaned. Floors was not sweep. They have overhead light didn't cut off, so no good rest. No free parking or designated parking. Check out is 9am not 11am. Plus signs saying Hotel is closed.

The worst hotel I had ever experienced. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff that’s working there is extremely rude. She tried to manipulate customers by saying we haven’t paid for the rooms and our bookings were invalid. She forced us to give our credit card and made a payment herself. After showing her our proof of booking and confirmation number she gave back a refund and finally gave us our rooms. I still have the proof for the payment that she did herself and refund slips. The room was also extremely dirty. I have no words to describe it. I have been to many motels that are cheaper than this and they were 10 times much better than this. The bedsheets were not changed, human hairs everywhere. The moment I open the room door, the smell of cigarette and weed. The blankets were also hella dirty and it smells. I’m really concerned about me, my family and my children’s health and safety due to the lack of sanitation in this hotel. Over all the customer service was extremely bad and rude. And I will be never coming to this hotel ever again.

Primero el area es terrible, no es seguro para quedarte con tu familia, mal olor de cigarrillo y marihuna horrible el heat se desactiva a cada rato realmente no se queden aquí las sábanas manchadas, las cortinas rotas el baño goteaba de verdad que fue la peor experiencia!!!
