This hotel is great for a trip to NY. It’s only a 25 minute subway ride into Manhattan. The breakfast is always good and they have several options. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait for the elevator but it’s not bad.

The hotel was cleaned. Their breakfast is good. Though the neighbor may seem a little sketchy they provide a shuttle bus which was great. I would stay there again if needed. The only thing is the elevators are very crowded so it takes a while to go down to he 1st floor and go up. Other than it, it was all good.

Good hotel subway shuttle was great and very helpful. The breakfast area gets way too crowded making it an unpleasant experience. Air conditioning didn’t work great but it was somewhat functioning. Maintenance didn’t seem to think it needed to be fixed said it was just slow. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it’s ok for the mney

This place is our go to for staying in NY area. Staff is pleasant, place is clean. Only down fall is parking valet cost 50 dollars a day. You can park on the streets but at night it his hard to find.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel ! I stayed there from June 5- June 10, 2026. The staff were really helpful to me especially Kathy. The only thing I would point out is when the water runs out from the lobby they need to fill it more often. Especially in this humid weather.

I booked a single King room for one night. The room was very modern and perfectly presented. I absolutely LOVE the free popcorn until 9pm in the lobby! The continental breakfast was perfect as well! My stay was peaceful and relaxing. 15mins to Midtown and 15 mins to Williamsburg BK. I didn’t use the Valet since I found parking in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t like the people next to us who kept coming in and out of their room. The hotel is nice but the area is sketchy. It can feel unsafe at late night hours. Breakfast was good but can get busy making it hard to find a table. Overall our experience was good.The house keeper on the second floor Patricia did an excellent job. The room was nice and cold with a comfortable bed.
