This property is nice, but it is a shared hotel, 2 hotels together, way too many people, they ran out of waters, there were homeless people sleeping in the lobby, the breakfast was good, but again way too many people, you could not find a table to seat at, the wait staff were amazing & so was the bartender.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds were spacious and provided a good night's sleep, and the breakfast was of good quality. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was that just one of the three elevators was operational, which resulted in longer wait times when traveling to and from our room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great hotel, nice staff. Neighborhood was different than I expected and some of my group didn't like the walk from the subway but there was also a direct shuttle from the hotel you could use. Breakfast was a wonderful perk and rooms good size.

Stayed ten nights and would stay there again. The staff was very helpful and kind. Neighborhood might be a little sketchy but I felt safe. Less than ten minutes walk to the train station, five minutes to Manhattan. Shuttle to train station available. Perfect location!
