This was a convenient location. Staff was great! Breakfast and elevators were extremely busy. Valet parking was great and fast. Big issue was how the windows are so thin that you hear everything happening outside like if the window was open. Including the guy around the corner playing music until 3:30 am. Ww enjoyed the bar in the hotel lobby. The bartender was great, funny and connecting with everyone at the bar. Because of how loud it was with the outdoor noise, I would NOT stay here again. We paid a lot of money to be kept awake all night.

Hotel is great clean and new and the breakfast was awesome. Good thing they have shuttles because you have to walk through the Queensbridge Projects from the nearest subway station and I would not encourage anyone to do that at night. The staff wasn’t specific with the shuttle schedule when I called and they had me on hold for 10 minutes. They didn’t tell me there was no pickup from the 21st St QB station. Only at Queensplaza. Al that being said I’d stay again.

This hotel is great for a trip to NY. It’s only a 25 minute subway ride into Manhattan. The breakfast is always good and they have several options. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait for the elevator but it’s not bad.

Room was abit small but was nice & clean. Shuttle guy was great but didn’t see him last two days we stayed. Was a busy hotel. If u want to go to breakfast without so many guests cramping the food area it’s best to go early 6-7am beat time. The workers in breakfast area were nicer then the rude reception agents. Hotel was clean and comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work for my whole 5-day stay. I heard there was a cable problem, and I was assured that this would be fixed in 2 days. But it did not happen. I was directed to the manager on the second day of my stay who empathized with me and may have issued a $ 50 refund which I never received. I reached out to Expedia who after multiple attempts was unable to obtain approval for a waiver. At least I am glad Expedia added 50.00 USD in OneKeyCash/rewards to my account as a one-time compensation. Thank you

Besides the room being clean. Everything else lacked for being Marriott. The room rate was high and I felt like I was staying a a lower rated hotel. The lobby is too small and the breakfast area. The hotel shares space with Spring Hill Suites and Residence Inn. Granted it was the soccer weekend, but management should have prepared better for the amount of people staying.

The hotel was cleaned. Their breakfast is good. Though the neighbor may seem a little sketchy they provide a shuttle bus which was great. I would stay there again if needed. The only thing is the elevators are very crowded so it takes a while to go down to he 1st floor and go up. Other than it, it was all good.

This place is our go to for staying in NY area. Staff is pleasant, place is clean. Only down fall is parking valet cost 50 dollars a day. You can park on the streets but at night it his hard to find.
