I loved how I was immediately greeted and my luggage was stored for free before and after my reservation. The hotel was spotless throughout and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nothing beats the location either, being steps away from Times Square and Broadway. I would stay there again to catch a show!

Excellent hotel and a great location! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and things to do within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. It was also only about a 15-minute walk to New York Penn Station, where we were able to take NJ Transit toward Newark Airport. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting New York City.

We liked the bunk beds along with the space saving amenities. We also loved the aesthetic of the hotel. It was also very close to the places we visited. We liked the idea of the elevators, but they occasionally didn’t work.
