I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed. After long days walking around New York, it was a great place to come back to and actually relax. The location was perfect for my trip. It’s extremely close to the subway, which made getting around the city really easy, and it’s also within walking distance of food, shops, and anything else you might need. Being close to Gantry Plaza State Park was a huge bonus too — it made for a beautiful walk and a great view of Manhattan. Overall, this was a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for easy subway access and a quieter home base outside the busiest parts of Manhattan.

Check in is very simple using the keypads around the property. Warning - sometimes even after putting in your pin it’ll mark it as incorrect and you’ll have to put your pin in multiple times but it will eventually work. You’ll only see staff at 11am cleaning the rooms otherwise you’re on your own. It’s very straight forward and it some ways much easier than I normal hotel. The walls aren’t perfect and the rug could be cleaner but overall cost/return is very good.

The entrance is almost hidden. It has no label of the hotel at all. Its next to the sky bar. The rooms are on top of businesses.Establishment did a horrible job of providing instructions outside of the use of the access code. Since there isn't a person staffed, you must have your phobe charged or you will be out of luck. I didn't like the fact there wasn't any wash clothes(only hand towels and large towel) I knew if I requested it I would be charged extra. It was clean and my AC worked which was great. The water was hot but the tub had a slow drain.

Rooms are large but the check in process is terrible. Internet service was down and no one is available to fix it, no cleaning service offered for the entirety of stay. The location is perfect though so if you’re willing to compromise on everything else it’s not that bad.

I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again within a week! It was quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for groceries there is a Trader Joe’s near right across the street. But I would not recommend going to the deli that’s around the corner because they will schem your lightning, lightning lightning lightning

An incredible location and we were fortunate enough to have a view of the Manhattan skyline. Stayed with our 4 year old and the grandparents. Plenty of room for all in the 2 bedroom apartment. In unit laundry appreciated. And so close the Court Square station which made our trips to Manhattan and Brooklyn super easy. Trader Joe’s around the corner for groceries. Some city noise if that bothers you. Some other guests had trouble with their codes getting in. And we used the luggage lockers at check out for a couple of hours but our code had expired when we came back to get them. Other than that, a really wonderful stay.

I requested early check in more than two weeks in advance and was only notified the morning of my flight into NYC that my request would not be accommodated and that I wouldn't receive an email with my check in information until 4 pm, which I ended up never receiving at all and I had to call to get checked in, in the end I didn't get checked into my room until after 6PM. The check in and check out process is remote and completely separate from any on-site staff. As for the room itself, it was nice, clean, and pretty much as shown online.

The value is good, but there is no lobby or employees regularly on site, and when something goes wrong there is no one to turn to. We needed help and it took until the next day to get it resolved, after we had to call multiple times. A service answers the phone that is located offsite, and likley in a different country. hey wouldn't give us the phone number of the property manager, who is located off site but at least in the same city. Our problem was that when we arrived there was no bedding or sheets for the pull-out couch, even though we had clearly made the reservation for 5 of us. We checked in during the evening after arriving on a late flight. Since we didn't have bedding for the couch and didn't get bedding until the next day (we found the property manager who knew nothing of our requests and begged for the missing bedding), so we couldn't use the couch for sleeping and had to pile 3 teens into one bed in another room. Room was clean and appliances were in good shape. Good value, bad service.
