"The Acqua Bay apartments was much better then what we expected. The apartment was clean, the furniture look new, it was quiet and had a good view of the waterways. What really stood out was the girl at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, informative and very pleasant. She made our vacation just perfect."

"Nice place. Good location. But needs better management. We experienced a towel shortage during our stay( have to request it at reception multiple times). One day it was no pool towels at the pool for several hours in the morning. My son was cold and shaking after sweeming. I have to wipe him down with his own t-shirt."

"In town for 2 days, location was good for Los Olas, guy checking us in was very friendly , lady in charge of reservations for restaurant on Saturday night was not helpful/friendly at all when trying to get something to eat, snack menu was VERY limited. little things like rooms not cleaned or fresh towels not given because of covid are just an excuse as far as i'm concerned, no shower cap in the bathroom, no dressing gowns. these are little convenient things people like and you don't get them here. Just wasn't nice enought to make me want to come back"

"As you walk in The L Hotel lobby to check in; The seating area it's just beautiful. I like the staff, the cleanliness when you go in the room, the shower is awesome, the beds are very comfortable in the deluxe duplex room I reserved for my stay lol those pillows Please send me one 🙏😴 😅 🙂 they're amazingly therapeutic! 😊 The view on the property and the garden is very nice. Home away from home and convenience of just about anything you want to do; is within 20 minutes of driving even the Airport that's a plus. I being a first time visitor to Miami Beach would recommend The L Hotel, for walking distance to the beach around the corner of the L Hotel. I could go on and on, I'm looking forward to revisiting."

"The website is very misleading. The rooftop bar (the reason I picked this hotel) and the restaurant are permanently closed. The walls are very thin. You hear everything and I mean everything! There is nothing onthe bed but a sheet. You can ask for a blanket, which is also very thin. I had 2 and still froze. The location is fantastic! The beach is only a few minute walk and it is close to shops and restaurants. Overall I would not pick this place to stay at again unless i was a college student on spring break and didnt care about sleep."

"Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice hotel. Our room was great,(we stayed in a suite) however there is a charge for everything! Our first morning we wanted coffee...spent $16.00 on 2 small cups. I’m sorry but that’s dumb as ass! We had 3 adults staying in our room, yet when we went to the beach, only 2 chairs were included. We had to pay $25 for a 3rd chair. The spa prices are the same...$195 for a 60 minute massage? 🙄This hotel is very nice with a great location, but plan to spend tons of money while there if your purchasing anything from the hotel."
