My room had a strange smell but other than that, it was a nice hotel. Amy was beyond amazing. My God, give that woman a raise. The restaurant attached to this hotel is top tier in my opinion. There is a free trolly outside that will take you to South Beach. I have been to Miami a million times, but this time was especially adventurous. I recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and I had no problems at all during my visit. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants nearby. A special thank you to Isabella, who was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly with my room. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was big and spacious and we enjoyed the amenities and pool. Breakfast was delicious. We were only 15 minutes from south beach. All the staff were very helpful, polite and so friendly through out our stay. Thank you to all the staff at Oceanside hotel.
