Hotel was not renovated. We had a corner 2 bedroom suite 6P. The pictures were misleading and the whole place is in need of renovation. The staff was friendly and the location to the beach was great. The other problem is their tight parking especially with big SUV's. The exit ramp is very tight and you have to watch out so you don't scrape your wheels as the exit is in a right turn.

Amazing hotel, beautiful and clean room. Also, it was huge. But the real thing was the view. The ocean was right in front of us. Staff speak English but prefer Spanish, which is not a big deal. We had a perfect vacation at this hotel!

Our recent stay was deeply disappointing, especially given the price and expectations. While the ocean view was undeniably beautiful, that was unfortunately the only highlight of our experience. The service throughout our stay was lacking—staff were difficult to reach when we needed assistance, and management was nearly impossible to get in contact with. To make matters worse, we didn’t hear from anyone regarding our concerns until two weeks after we had already checked out, which felt far too late to be meaningful. The room itself did not match the description we were given at the time of booking. The layout was different than advertised, making it less functional for our family of four. Additionally, the room felt outdated and was not as clean as it should have been, which was especially disappointing. One particularly frustrating issue was the lack of basic accommodations. As a family of four, we were surprised to learn that we were expected to rent additional beach chairs just to sit together. This felt unreasonable given the already high resort fees, which did not reflect the value or amenities actually provided. The hotel charged for everything, nickel and diming us anywhere they could. They wanted to charge for everything they possibly could. extra towels to use, baggage holding after checkout, and beach chairs. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in several key areas: service, accuracy, cleanliness, and value. We would not choose to stay here again.

The room was a good size but unfortunately it felt a little run down. Broken kitchen tile which was sharp. Dirty towels, we exchanged them for clean ones and half of them were still dirty. Bathroom shower water pressure was very low. Swimming pool looks very tired. Location is good, as is the private gate to the beach.
