Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use
Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe
I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational.

I really enjoyed my stay at EAST Miami. This hotel has everything you need in one place: the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, the pool, and access to the city center mall from inside the hotel. This and much more. The service was great; people were very nice and helpful.
