What a great hotel! The rooms are large, nicely decorated, and clean. We stayed in a bayfront king suite and loved it. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pool area and pool bar was great. The one pool is heated and it was great on a chilly day. The white sand beach was stunning with tons of chairs and umbrellas. The only negative about the place was the elevators. Sometimes they took forever! Other than that, beautiful place!

Nice hotel!…. Friendly staff, great amenities, relaxed atmosphere, felt like being at home. The room was sparkly clean, the bed super comfortable. Definitely a come back for us! Sadly, Florida is a horrible state, the abuse of charging taxes over taxes + more taxes. They are killers for hotels and the people who enjoy hotel stays.

By far one of the most wonderful hotel experiences that we’ve encountered. EVER. We were greeted with friendly staff, the rooms were immaculate, the property was clean with every amenity we could ask for, and the location just can’t be beat. We ran in to a challenge with our vehicle and the staff and management team handled our challenges with compassion, professionalism, and absolute exceptional care. Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Beach Hotel. When we first got to our room, the linens weren’t clean, but the staff handled it right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a relaxing, inviting atmosphere throughout. The location was great with easy access to everything, and the price felt very fair. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very courteous staff. Very clean hotel. Had two private pools and hot tubs. Private beach access with chairs and umbrellas. We arrived early because we were getting off from a cruise, and the hotel staff was able to get us in our room about 4 hours early. Only thing wrong was hot tub jets weren't working. Overall a great place to stay, we will definitely go back.

Beach view was unobstructed. Bathroom fixtures need updating, more overhead lighting is needed in the room for getting ready at night. Bartender’s attitude was off putting. Front desk and security were the nicest!
