“Amazing ”

“After the warm welcome, we were shown to our room and all the room facilities were explained properly. The property has so much fascinating history and the current owners have gone thru great lengths to keep it all in the best conditions. We loved the breakfast with a great choice. No one is leaving here hungry! ”

“The room we stayed in at the back of the pub called The Old Barn was amazing. So clean, eco friendly and spacious. We did think the top floor overlooking the lounge area could be utilised better as there was just a massive dining table in there. The staff and dining in the pub was exceptional. ”

“Midweek trip to Buxton and surrounding area. Host, Louise was extremely helpful before during and after our stay. The rooms are modern, well equipped and very comfortable for short stays. The property is very well located for public transport and just a short walk to Buxton attractions We would highly recommend ”

“You'll need to manage your expectations if staying here. Its cheap & its cheap for a reason. Its not Travelodge style accommodation, but (I suspect) cheaply built and maintained block of approx 15 holiday camp type rooms in a working farm yard. I stayed in room 12 that had been recently painted & had a new carpet. Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed, working kettle. No towels supplied but i expected this from other reviews. & no breakfast despite plenty of signs saying B&B. I feel its...
