Very clean and modern room in the centre of the town. Noise from bar expected and had drunk too much to notice. Would stop again very well run.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Property was lovely and clean comfy beds., lovely bathroom. Plenty of plug sockets.
I do think the property lacked coat hanging options as we were soaking wet when we arrived. The kettle would be better moved onto a small table as clothes were having over kettle /cups. Overall a good stay
Midweek trip to Buxton and surrounding area. Host, Louise was extremely helpful before during and after our stay.
The rooms are modern, well equipped and very comfortable for short stays.
The property is very well located for public transport and just a short walk to Buxton attractions
We would highly recommend
Well decorated comfortable room with good facilities. Bed was a little soft for my liking but still slept ok. Road noise is quite loud in the morning but we were up early so didn’t bother us too much. Self check in was good as we could arrive/leave when it suited. Really well situated in Buxton and the communications from Louise were clear and easy to follow. Would happily stay again.
This was a very nice space. The bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. The room was however, very warm so we had to open the window the tiny amount that it opens. Unfortunately, the street below is very busy and loud. This noise made it difficult for me to get any rest.
Although the room was immaculately clean, the noise levels were terrible at night.
Woken up at 04h20 by traffic as it was not double glazed. Awake since then.
The bed was way too soft and the pillows were cheap.
I paid for an upgrade and it so was not worth it. Definitely not worth £101
Very very disappointed.
We arrived at the same time as the town was having a carnival with crowds out on the streets drinking and generally very untidy. We were a little concerned and had read reviews about loud noise due to local pubs and music. We managed to find parking nearby and once we located the room which was at the back of the building we were quite surprised and happy with our choice. We could hear some noise from the carnival and expected to hear it continue through the night. Even with open windows the noise was not too loud at all throughout the night. It did not interrupt our sleep at all. The room was the suite and was able to sleep up to 6 people. It was clean and and comfortable. The city did a wonderful job cleaning up after the carnival early the following morning returning the streets to normal. Plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.
I thought I saw 3 beds for my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids when I booked, surprisingly 4 met beds. I requested for an hour extended stay, when I ask for how much I should pay, they said I don’t need to pay.
Lovely boutique rooms but very noisy from road (and from pubs/area below/around with music on until very late) and also NO blackout curtains with just shutter blinds you wake up at sunrise at 5:45am!!! 😢
