WONDERFULL PLACE TO STAY, FRIENDLY STAFF , AND VERY GOOD BREAKFAST

This was a great resort with great and helpful staff. Nice views and nice pools. The only thing that can improve is the foods and drinks. The quality of the food for majority of restaurants such as Zen, the steakhouse and Grazie Italian restaurant was not the best; and very long wait times for entree’s to arrive, majority of restaurants took over an hour to bring the food. And there wasn’t a great selection for drinks to be honest. Also it is very far from the airport, takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to get to the resort which is on the total opposite side of the island from the airport. Other than that the amenities and staff were great. I would recommend it for someone who wants to go to an all-inclusive resort.

The drive outside the resort is very hilly. Ups and downs and turns also they drive on left side. One lane to go and to come. To pass you must go over to incoming traffic. It's not bad but just letting you know. The resort is beautiful. The people very nice. They speak English and French. The local markets have all kinds of fruits and drinks and they have a mall all within 15 minutes from the resort. We enjoy the outside restaurant right next to the lake and a overlook restaurant going up to the mountain. Also the lava bath and waterfall. For me it was an experience. The more you know, the more you want to go to different places.
