So baby friendly would highly recommend for young families!! Needs some updates as our AC was broken, wall divider broken, sofa 2 different heights, shower light out, and missing tub plug but they attempted to fix each things when we asked. The restaurants were actually very good food and not just the buffet food put on a fancy plate. Great coffee shop and nice gym.

We asked to switch rooms for 3 days and the staff was very nonchalant and unhelpful. They said only a handful of rooms have been updated so far. I recently stayed at the Royalton Saint Lucia and overall had a great experience. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options throughout the resort. The amenities were excellent and offered something for everyone, making it easy to relax and enjoy the vacation. The room was comfortable, but it could definitely benefit from a deeper cleaning and some updates to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the property. My biggest disappointment was the front desk experience. While some staff members were pleasant, I often received conflicting information and found that assistance was not always readily offered. Despite these concerns, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The beautiful property, great dining options, and enjoyable amenities made for a memorable stay. I would recommend the Royalton Saint Lucia to anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway.

Amenities were nice but needed cleaning. Service was slow and didn’t match the price to stay. Drinks weren’t up to par and lacked flavor and were generally way too strong. Used room service quite a bit and what was offered on the app didn’t match what was offered on the TV in the room. Room service was also sporadic with the consistency. Food was good one day but not great the next. The sit down restaurants were pretty good but again for the price of the stay, didn’t wow us. Zen and Armadillo were the best options we had. Events were underwhelming as well. The beach was nice but a lot of ripped and torn seat cushions and not even enough to cover all of the chairs.
