The staff was good, its just the need for urgency wasnt there, took forever to sit you for breakfast and longer to bring water... The main issue is the hotel is Lacking entertainment BIG TIME, and the bar, and restaurant closes to early. I came on vacation to have a good time not to go to bed at 10pm .. Entertainment, Entertainment, Entertainment....NEEDED... Also when you guys have karaoke, please advertise to let people know.. Rooms are clean, staff, is nice but need to move quicker....more urgency!!

We had an amazing time at BGH. Great location, comfortable room, great selections from the buffet breakfast to the complimentary shuttle service to the resort.
