This resort was one of my favorites. Seeing that the island is growing with more tourists it’s great to see how much development, decorum and diversity. This resort has so much to offer . The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, the stuff was amazing as well. Anything we needed was upon request . The check in and out process was so smooth . I would recommend this resort too any one that looking for a great time either solo, married or with kids .

The property was extremely outdated and some of the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of their front desk attendants also attempted to charge me an additonal $1365.00 with no explanation. There was a lack of entertainment for my group and most events ended by 10pm which was quite early. Most of the restaurants weren't that good. The private culinary experience was the best meal we had. We had a water leak in our room we called twice they said they would send someone, nobody showed up until we checked out. I would not recommend this property nor would I visit it again.

Housekeeping did well, went above and beyond - surprised us with a bubble bath, towels in shape of hearts with rose petals; beach area needs to be cleaned up better - cigarette butts left in sand, some trash not picked up; friendly staff; even with dinner reservations had to wait longer for table and service - at Zen and at Calypso -food was delicious with the hibachi grill and coconut crusted snapper and cod fritters - would have loved to see more mango, papaya fruits at breakfast buffet, more options for seafood - conch fritters. Room was amazing with swim-out pool area; liked the steel drum performer and the sunset beach dinner.

We went to the Hideaway for our honeymoon and it was a solid week! While there were many great experiences and things to enjoy, the stay was not without frustrations and disappointment. If you’re looking for fresh and impressive food, this is certainly not the place. Much of the food was frozen food barely reheated and inedible. Some of the staff were fantastic and so kind while others at restaurants mainly were very unkind and unenjoyable to be around. For the money, we will likely look for another resort in the future but not a bad experience!

We had a really nice stay overall. The staff was fun, welcoming, and made the experience enjoyable. Our concierge, Nasha, was definitely the highlight—she was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. While I’d rate the hotel around an 8/10, I would still recommend it for the great views and positive atmosphere.

Overall my stay was great everything was clean the staff was very nice and helpful. However I stayed on the Hideaway side which was supposed to be adults only it was not adults only.The only thing adults only are your rooms all the amenities, shows and activities are shared there are no adult only activities at this property. The food was not that great either many times it was cold or things were out and it took a really long time for it to get refilled or it never got refilled.

Stagnant water in room shower area. Slow drain. Multiple mosquitos hatching. Multiple mosquito bites while in the room. Staff was not friendly. No smiles or greetings. I felt like I was troubling them. They claimed ignorance, for example, not seeking help for something they didn't know. Restaurant food felt like cafeteria food. Hot to touch, but poor quality. Felt like it was under a lamp all day. Mass produced, and super slow service. The only dining area that was 5 star was breakfast buffet. Fresh food indeed. The culinary experience was 5 star. Massage service was great, but there's an extra charge on my room, yet I paid for services with my credit card separately. This was not settled at check out. I'll have to call upon return to the states. Facility was dead/dark after 10:30pm. Gym was 5 star, however, I would NOT return or recommend.
