We had such a lovely stay at Harbor Club and cannot wait to be back! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and just as pictured, and the amenities and food were great as well. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. A huge shout out to Kwasi, Chris, Tarikh, Linus, Quincy, and Darwin. They were so kind and made our stay truly memorable. ♥️

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Additionally, I have never stayed at a resort that did not acknowledge a guest's birthday in some way. There was no card, note, or gesture recognizing the occasion, which was disappointing. Overall, the property was pleasant, but it did not leave a lasting impression. That said, the front desk agent who checked me in was wonderful and provided excellent customer service during my staff.
