The property was clean and nice. The food was not that great, very Americanized with the flavors not Caribbean flavoring at all. The pool closed daily at 630pm which is ridiculous when the pool bar is open until 10pm. They need to realize that there are adults here and we like to hang out at the pool til late.

We had such a lovely stay at Harbor Club and cannot wait to be back! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were clean and just as pictured, and the amenities and food were great as well. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. A huge shout out to Kwasi, Chris, Tarikh, Linus, Quincy, and Darwin. They were so kind and made our stay truly memorable. ♥️

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Harbor Club Hilton offers a nice waterfront setting and a well-managed operation overall. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient, though interactions sometimes felt a bit robotic and lacked the warmth that makes a stay truly memorable. The rooms were adequate and comfortable, and the hotel itself was pleasant enough. The food, however, was a mixed experience. While the presentation and pricing suggested a premium dining experience, the quality and portion sizes didn’t always justify the cost. It also felt as though the restaurant’s primary focus was catering to the marina clientele rather than hotel guests. One standout was the Saturday barbecue, which I thoroughly enjoyed and found to be one of the better dining experiences during my stay. Overall, Harbor Club is a decent option with a great location, but there is room to improve the guest experience, particularly when it comes to dining value and creating more personal connections with guests.
