The hotel staff were very nice. Anytime we needed anything they were very helpful even called our room so we could enjoy the show they have on Saturday evenings. Only disappointment was the pool with the swim up bar being renovated. Other than that I highly recommend staying here.

The property was clean and nice. The food was not that great, very Americanized with the flavors not Caribbean flavoring at all. The pool closed daily at 630pm which is ridiculous when the pool bar is open until 10pm. They need to realize that there are adults here and we like to hang out at the pool til late.

I recently stayed at this property, and the harbor view room was absolutely stunning. However, the shower design was a bit of a letdown, as it didn't have a door, making it messy and inconvenient, especially when traveling with kids. Another issue we faced was the constant shortage of towels. We had to repeatedly call the front desk or hunt down housekeeping staff to request more. On a more positive note, the Saturday BBQ buffet with live entertainment was a great experience, although we paid full price for a 9 year old which supposed to be 50%off and there was a bit of a mix-up with our table assignment, after we returned from getting food our table was assigned to a different party and the waitress didn’t had a answer why our table was given to a different party . Despite these minor issues , our 5-night stay was generally okay .

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The front desk, housekeeping and service staff were very friendly and helpful, which we found of all St. Lucians we met. The restaurants within the hotel provided excellent food, the Saturday barbecue was incredible.
