We had an absolutely spectacular experience from start to finish! The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was truly exceptional, with high-quality ingredients and every dish prepared to perfection. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional customer service. Our butlers, Kimran and Peter, provided nothing less than a spectacular experience throughout the entirety of our visit. They were attentive, professional, warm, and anticipated our every need with genuine care and hospitality. Nestled right between the magnificent Pitons, the setting is completely breathtaking, peaceful, and secluded—making it the ultimate place to unwind and recharge. The beach itself is absolute perfection: pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and stunning views everywhere you turn. Swimming and snorkeling right off the shore was an amazing experience! What truly sets Sugar Beach apart, though, is the world-class service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. Breakfast was my favorite ever with so many choices of fresh fruit, omelettes, breads, even different healthy shots each day. I am still longing for the food there.

We booked a luxury cottage and could not have been happier. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. Our plunge pool was fabulous and we used it every day. The staff make this resort. They are wonderful. The view from the beach is stunning and the water was clear and warm. Also, be sure to check out the Pickleball and tennis courts and the gym because they are great. We were also very happy with food in all of the restaurants We will definitely be back.

Came here for our honeymoon expecting the weather will be wet since it's september, but it was sunny through out our stay. The staff and the whole stay was incredible.
