“This townhouse hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but frankly it should be rated as a 2 star hotel. There is no one to help with luggage. There is no real reception you have to go up a floor to a small office to check in. There is no staff to assist you in the morning until 11 am and no one after 6:00.pm. They give you one key and you have to open the main door of the hotel yourself outside the hours of operation. As for the accommodations where do I even begin. We were 2 couples checking in. ...

“Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, views are amazing, grounds are wonderful, forwarding always excellent. The only thing I would say is that due to the changing weather, the rooms had no working AC..a ceiling fan with the ocean breeze from the windows would have been very helpful”

“First the concierge person was so helpful and booked us a great reservation at Fishy Fishy she deserves 5 stars which I gave in the individual rankings. But the noise level in the rooms were very loud and I swear I could hear people talking next door as well as on the street. My friends room had one sheet on bed no other bedspread. She visited my room and surprised to see a Duvay on my bed when she just had a sheet.Location is wonderful so plenty of good things about location but way to much...
