This is a good venue for a short stay. with very pleasant reception staff. Local shops and pubs/restaurants/take aways meant I didn’t go hungry after a late arrival and although I didn’t use it, a shared kitchen/dining area was available and convenient.
Easy to find, easy to check in. The lady at the front was nice and friendly. There is a kitchen you can use if you wish. The room was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.
This is a unique place to stay. It was reasonably priced for the city. An easy walk to the shopping, restaurants and the English Market. Laundry was easy to use. It is not a quiet stay but it is safe and friendly.
The staff was great and the room was great for what we needed during our stay. The area immediately surrounding the building didn’t always look or feel all that great, but that is just from the looks. Was out and about most of the time. So, grain of salt. But the facilities were solid.
Room was moder, clean, with plenty of units for storage. However, despite being on the 2nd floor, noise from the road and street beliw kept waking us up both nights due to thin window and only airflowwas by opening the door as no small windows in the room. Good shared kitchen space but no private tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, shared facilities were good.
Very nice, clean accomadation, not far from centre, had everything you need, very good value, have booked next stay in Dublin at another Destiny House.
I had a great stay here. Was anxious that it was student accommodation. Firstly the place was spotless, and the bed was a great sleep. They had everything I needed and staff were very helpful. I would deffo stay here again.

More like a hotel than a hostel! The front desk personnel were delightful and the room was extremely clean. Thank you!
The room was spotless and comfortable. The only thing that needs address (including for students that normally live there) is that there is absolutely no privacy on the higher floors. For some reason the lower floor rooms has the bottom half of the window with privacy glass but not higher up rooms meaning that rooms opposite can see right into each other unless the whole blind is pulled down! I walked into my room to see two guys making out in the building opposite, which isn’t even part of the accommodation!! Felt obligated to pull the blind down whilst it was still daylight!
Ideal location within walking distance of cork city centre, this pristine student accommodation was first class, we stayed in a studio with a bedroom, lounge shower room and kitchen. Bed a double great size. Everything was absolutely spotless and the staff were so very helpful. You can stay in anither room with just bedroom/living. Lovely communal space and courtyard access, and it has a gym!! Highly recommend.
Very clean, modern decor, comfy bed, a brand new build. there is no AC so we had to leave the windows open, and our room was facing the main street, so very noisy.
Great. Finding a place to stay in Cork from for a flight which landed after midnight was a challenge to say the least. Destiny fits the bill, not only with its 24 hour check-in, but a great place, great staff, wish I had the opportunity to stay longer than 5 hours. I certainly don't remember my student accommodation being anything like this - LOL
