They let us check in early and all the amenities provided were so helpful while traveling through Europe. The shampoo and conditioner is an amazing Jasmine smell that I looked up after my stay. Called a taxi for us to the airport in the morning. The location is a great walking distance to many attractions and the view of the water and city is unbeatable,

This was the best hotel we have stayed in on our journey through England and Ireland. It was absolutely gorgeous but not pretentious or overdone. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay here. I asked if we could have a twin room and they contacted me prior to our visit with confirmation.The hotel is in a great spot just outside the city but close enough to everything. We had breakfast one morning which was great a choice of continental (€16) or à la carte (€26). All staff we interacted with were excellent. I would stay here again if I ever find myself in cork.

Beautiful hotel. We were a group of 9. We stayed with 3 in each room and everyone was really comfortable, the rooms are lovely. There was room check in the afternoon/evening and the free chocolate was such a lovely touch.There are robes to use the facilities which are free - excellent gym and lovely pool area with jacuzzi and sauna/steam. You will need a hat for the pool, but you can buy one there. There are also classes which you can book into for free. The 12pm check out was a great bonus too. We didn't get the breakfast but were able to get coffee and croissants at the lobby bar. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Thank you.

From start to finish the river Lee hotel was exceptional! Staff was top notch and remembered us by name each day. Hotel is sparkling clean and smells beautiful each day! The food breakfast lunch and dinner top notch! Each meal was outstanding. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. The rooms were maintained daily and were comfortable for our family of 3.
