“Sophie and Paul were most gracious hosts; genuinely kind and friendly and eager to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent, made with fresh ingredients and prepared as their guests preferred. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Restaurant was in a pleasant room. Food in the evening was well cooked. Breakfast was very average. A few lights didn't work in the bedroom. Restaurant and bar staff were pleasant and helpful.”

“Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!”

“Nice comfy room, excellent breakfast, friendly owner's. Plenty of parking nearby (Free between certain hours). Excellent Italian restaurant, traditional fish and chip shop and another pub (that serves food on the evening) within a five minute walk.”

“This place was spectacular!! We wish would could have stayed longer!! The cottage was beautifully done, the staff was so kind, and how cool to have sheep and cows right out our front door!! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!!!”
