Room are clean and its a super quiet hotel. Even it quite busy with families parties and work contractors we couldn't hear the other guests at all. Loved the leaiure facilities and swimming and steamed room was much needed after 4 hours travelling. We ate in the restaurant since im a gym member from another branch and made use of 50% off my whole bill the pizza was delicious. Location is 10 mins from the city and used the park and ride near by which was handy really glad we did as leeds city looked a bit chaotic and bus lanes everywhere! ! Will stay again!

Lovely clean hotel with a good size bar and restaurant with cafe downstairs. I stayed on floor 2 and the interior was as brand new. The room had lovely decor, the king size room had a huge bed, the bathroom was nice and modern and shower was great. The room service was excellent. The reason I’ve given 4 stars is because of the parking charge (£5 for hotel guests), I asked at reception if I could have two wine glasses for the room and was told they couldn’t provide them and I had to go to the bar which was busy and I had to queue for a while (not a massive issue but seems a simple request), there is also scaffolding surrounding the hotel and work going on around the exterior.

The room was great for a short stay, however the reception staff (specifically blonde woman assisting with our check-in) was quite unpleasant. She behaved condescending, as if our arrival was an inconvenience to her- which made a very poor first impression.

Lovely modern rooms. Great bar with lovely food and great staff. Only knocked a star off because there are no longer any EV chargers which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Plenty a few miles away though.
