Ho Ho Kus Vacations

The room was a basic room . King size bed, no window view. The window was showing an office building. I gave them a 2 stars because the elevators were so small. The tv in our room is also very small. The shower floor were slippy slippy. No anti slip shower mat. On the second day, the workers were outside our bedroom drilling and making loud noises because they were changing the lights. the noise was around 8am in the morning. so early. pounding, banging, drilling in the walls. On the third day, they turned off the lights in our unit and the wifi was not working at 10:00am . They were doing renovations this week on August 3rd. The good points of this hotel is the amazing location. it is close to times square, broadway and the subway station. The air conditioning was so cold set at 60 degrees and we changed it to 72.

I like the staff. Made the difference between above average and excellent. I would stay there again, based on the courteous and helpful staff. The location is a plus. Recommend.

The staff was amazing! We had the best time, clean, comfortable and perfect location.

The front desk staff was rude. They make faces, do not talk politely. The housekeeping services did not clean anything in the room, they just made the bed with old sheets. The housekeeping did not put new sheets and did not change pillow covers.
