Hammersmith and Fulham Vacation Packages for 2026

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The bed was like sleeping on a brick. The mattress was unbelievably hard and made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The problems didn't stop there. Neither of the bedside lights worked, the shower barely produced more than a trickle, and when I tried to close the shower door, it actually came off its runner and had to be lifted back into place. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which was disappointing, and with no air conditioning, the only option was to open the window. To make matters worse, the soundproofing is virtually non-existent. I could hear people walking around in the room above as if they were in my room, and every movement seemed to travel through the thin walls and floors. Sadly, I stayed here because it was the only convenient option for where I needed to be. If I'd had a choice, I would have stayed elsewhere, and I certainly wouldn't return. Would not recommend.

Great location and very quiet

Room super clean, staff super friendly , breakfast was amazing , the design of the building was lovely , everything nice

The property is well maintained and in a great, central location. The only mild complaints I would have, would be that the front desk staff could have been more knowable about getting around the area and the room glasses, cups, mugs were not replaced with clean ones.

The room was clean, staff was super polite, and the location is quite good. It's a bit of a walk from either Pimlico or Westminster stations; however, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well.
