Truly a b&b without the breakfast. The room was a typical European lodge room with the basic amenities needed. Bed was comfortable. Small bathroom, again very typical for old European buildings, so no major surprises. Very thankful there was a fan as it did get quite warm at times and in an old building it just holds the heat. I wish the staff would have at least come in and taken trash daily, staff was tough to catch at the reception area for us to ask questions of. The location was perfect for what we needed, a short walk to a main tube station and a great little street with cute shops and food options. Our favorite was the little pub. Location made it ideal for easy travel among attractions and easy to get from the airport as well.

We stayed here while seeing a concert at the Apollo and it was the perfect location for that! Very reasonably priced for London, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a triple room with 3 single beds which are quite hard to come by so that was ideal! The only downside is the road it’s on is very busy with constant traffic even through the night so it’s a little on the noisy side, I’d pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!
