Clean and friendly and perfect place to get away for your Grand Canyon trip

We came into Flagstaff on our way across the country and we loved it. The staff was overly helpful. The pool required reservations because on COVID 19, but was super clean. The Kickback reception food was organized and yummy. We enjoyed it so much we booked the suite again for the drive home.

The pool was beautiful even though we did not use it. There was a large group of teenage boys that were checked into the motel and we were booked in a quieter room toward the back of the motel. I am grateful for that consideration.

Great place for an over night stay. Rooms are clean and easily accessible.

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable LOVED the shower!!!. Casino was smaller then we expected. The customer service was poor i felt as if i was bothering the staff when i needed to speak to them. Also no scenic view, just dirt and parking lot. Overall most likely will not return.

Great bed. Just had back surgery, so comfort is high on my list.

The young lady that was at the front desk it was very nice and very helpful. The room what is nice and clean unfortunately the beds weren’t very comfortable

Great stay. The facility was modern and attractive. The staff was very accommodating. Go bags were distributed for breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived around mid night and call ahead. Appreciated that so much. We enjoyed our trip and the hotel room was clean and great for the price we paid.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall perfect location for a trip to the Grand Canyon. Williams AZ is a wonderful little town with lots of shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great hotel, really nice. Clean showers and comfortable beds. Loved the pool areas, both indoor and outdoor. Kids liked the game room. Would definitely stay here again.
