The staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a restaurant on site, it had just closed but the woman who checked us in gave a recommendation for a Mexican restaurant, El Corrall, on Route 66 which was good. Overall, a good hotel.
The property and hotel staff was clean friendly and well appreciated. I got a king-size room thinking I was getting a king-size Suite. That was a little disappointing. When I call the front desk I was informed that for $50 more I could have the king's Suite. I chose the option to stay in the king ...
The bathroom needed to be a little more cleaner. The rooms are very roomy and nice. The room is non smoking which I loved. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
Front desk very friendly. Pool is cold. Wish we had free breakfast.
The pool and hot tube was open till 10 30, they has coffee in the lobby 24 x 7.
It was nice that they had a pool and a jacuzzi and laundry facilities. The room was clean.
Super clean staff super friendly and an excellent location!
landscaping and pavers were awesome. nice hot tub area. staff very approachable/pleasant
Exceeded expectations. Excellent stay. Good breakfast buffet.
Beautiful hotel even has a bar area to gather and have a few drinks with friends and a great restaurant steps away from there door.
Everything was great except the grounds maintenance worked that was using the leaf blower left my car covered in dirt. I had already taken one load of bags to my car and my car was clean. On the way back with the next load I passed the grounds worker carrying a leaf blower. When I got to my car it ...
Very comfortable with everything we needed. I do wish the gift shop had better hours, we did not have the opportunity to shop.
Great location and friendly folks. The place seems crowded and people in bathing suits walk around which is weird. Rooms are nice but small and not that fancy. The toilet tissue was cheap single layer. Parking is awful.
Breakfast choices and quality was all very good! Staff was competebt
Perfect location for my trip to the Grand Canyon and local attractions, and the town museums and Main Street.
Everything about this hotel is superb, breakfast was delicious, room very modern, comfortable, clean, and quite.
It was very nice, clean. Would have loved a fitness center. It’s nice to work out when you have been sitting in a car all day.
Friendly check-in, good breakfast and clean facilities
