The staff is phenomenal. Always cleaning, always keeping the property in top shape and the front desk staff is absolutely our favorite part. Maria, Dulce, Angel and Brian are the biggest asset of this hotel!!

The staff was courteous, but there was a kiosk where an employee checked you in via video, which was a bit creepy. The rooms were clean, but a bit dated and it was extremely loud, due to other guests.

Hotel Aspen is a very comfortable hotel, the rooms are recently remodeled and have a very fresh comfortable feeling. The bed was cozy and warm, and the bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower with a rain head feature. The large 50" flat-screen has a comfortable refresh rate. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
