We came into Flagstaff on our way across the country and we loved it. The staff was overly helpful. The pool required reservations because on COVID 19, but was super clean. The Kickback reception food was organized and yummy. We enjoyed it so much we booked the suite again for the drive home.

The cabins are comfy but could use some up dating in the windows and bath area. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall perfect location for a trip to the Grand Canyon. Williams AZ is a wonderful little town with lots of shops and restaurants. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating. A FULL breakfast buffet was offered (unusual during the pandemic). The facility was a little old but was well kept. The swimming pool was open and a great way to refresh after temperatures near 115F.

The room was updated. New carpet, beds were comfortable, room was clean, enough electrical outlets, coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator included and NO charge for parking. The only thing we would recommend would be to replace the towels, they were like sandpaper, very thin!
