Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an older building that is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The park is amazing, the shuttles were wonderful and the drivers patient and kind.

The lodge is in a good location with easy access to the shuttle. The room was clean and well-stocked. The hotel overall needs an update. The bathrooms were very outdated, the paint was peeling off the exterior, and the beds were super soft.

Breakfast menu is good. We chose à la carte & ordered seasoned potatoes which were given few in a plate rather than a bowl as shown in the picture. Otherwise, we enjoyed

The room is dated as well as the building itself. If you just want some place to sleep and don't care about the looks of the place, this is a good place to stay. It is quiet. They have a restaurant on site that is a little pricey but it is pretty good. The staff is outstanding here and will accomodate you.

The check-in was very easy and the woman who helped us was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the elk that were in the parking area near our room. Only thing I'd improve would be the food at the marketplace. It was mediocre.

The location is great but it reminded me of an old army barracks. The room was clean and furniture was updated but the walls were painted cinder block and there was no bathroom vanity just a suspended old sink. Shower pressure was great tho!

The room was clean and very convenient to the shuttle bus stop and walkable to many viewpoints. Having the grocery story in the area is a plus. The check-in process needs improvement! The main restaurant was chaotic and expensive. The tavern is a nice choice for food and drink. The outside area for eating is great when the weather is appropriate.

The check in was super easy and the staff was so nice. We chose yavapai due to the location convenience. The biggest amenity was the location. The room was fine and clean. The only issue I had was the soap and shampoo were basically empty when I went to shower day one. Also on check out day, they expect people to be up and out. My partner didn’t wake up til 10 and they knocked on the door 3 separate times
