Fenway–Kenmore Vacation Packages for 2026

Prior to our arrival, I made multiple attempts to contact the hotel regarding an early check-in. I called several times and also sent an email, but I was given different answers depending on who I spoke with, and I ultimately never received a response to my email. The lack of communication made the process extremely frustrating and left me without any clear information about whether an early check-in could be accommodated. When we arrived at the hotel there was only one person working at the front desk, with a very long line of guests waiting to check in. The wait appeared as though it would have taken close to two hours, so we ultimately decided to leave and return after attending our concert. When we returned later that evening, the check-in experience was also extremely disappointing. The woman working at the front desk took approximately 45 minutes to find us a clean room. During that time, there was no apology, explanation, or offer of any kind of accommodation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, when we finally entered the room, it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There were soap wrappers left on the floor, among other things, and the room did not meet our expectations for cleanliness. It honestly left us questioning whether the room had been hastily cleaned or turned over just before we were given access to it. On top of the cleanliness issue, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly.

Perfect stay. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location! Good food!

Convenient location with great restaurants and ice cream spots nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and solving any issues promptly.
