The host that help us with the check in was the only positive point of our stay. To start, the real name of the location is not Ocean Breeze. The actual name is Condado Villas and the entrance is a the end of a street with no exist. It is actually a very outdated condo. Our room had a great view, however, we were not able to enjoy it because the AC outside unit blows the hot air into the balcony. The Kitchen was outdated and utensils dirty. I had to wash all the glasses before using them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower broken. There was no pressure on the water and it would change from cold to very hot in a second. The bed was an IKEA bed, the cheapest you could find and the chair for the mini table in the room were broken. We were not able to use them. The pool was outdated and the pool chairs broken. I don’t recommend this place to stay. I picked this facility because we were added to a family trip after the booking was done. But I would have rather stayed at the facility next to this one, hotel Caribe.

Muy bonito y bien equipado el apartamento, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia placentera y tranquila. Sunpersonal muy servicial. Recomendado

Desfortunadamente tuve que acortar mi estadía por motivos de trabajo pero el Hotel esta precioso. Espero la oportunidad de regresar y poder disfrutarlo.

Overall, the stay was great. Very quiet, peaceful and a great area. However, the toilet seat was VERY small (rounded). Also, the TV is a stationary mount, it would have been nice to have a swing out mount to watch tv from the bed rather than having to sit on the 2 round chairs to watch TV. Additional towels would have been great, the team member did bring some - however it was only 2 bath towels that were brought. We needed more bath towels, face towels, etc. we were only brought 2 additional bath towels. Other than that, the stay was great. We would definitely stay again, hopefully the dreamer stay next time. FYI - be aware of parking, it is sometimes difficult to find on the street. Also be sure to have mosquito spray and beware of roaches in the unit if you are iffy about those things. We killed 3 roaches. They provided roach spray which was good to have. Thank you for our wonderful stay.
