Vacations Close To Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum

Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort with excellent amenities. The pools, beach, kayaking, biking, and family-friendly activities made it a great vacation, and our kids had an amazing time. The biggest opportunity for improvement is customer service. The valet team and trolley drivers were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The trolley service was also slow, with waits of 15–20 minutes being common. Overall, it's a fantastic property with great amenities. Improving staff friendliness and trolley frequency would make this an easy 5-star experience.

I had an incredible time at the Fairmont. The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. I chose to stay in the bungalow, which was incredibly cozy and private. The entire property was simply amazing. The pools, beach, restaurants, and casino were all top-notch. It was a truly memorable experience.

Hotel is small enough to pass right by it, but is very nice, clean, & perfectly located on the main strip & a 3-5 min walk to various beach entries. The staff was very friendly & quite informative about things to do in San Juan as well as other areas of the island. They also provide backpack beach chairs, beach towels & other needs.
