Vacations Close To Carabali Rainforest Park

Our room was spotless and the AC kept things perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The morning snack bar was a lovely touch, and the staff were incredibly helpful the whole time. Only small suggestion: maybe keep some heavy-duty bug spray on hand — we had an unexpected (and admittedly not the host’s fault!) spider encounter in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

So the room we got had a nice partial view of the ocean and the room itself was pretty neat and clean but I was told that the property had an active swimming pool and upon arrival we realized that the pool has been shut down for a long time and also after asking we weren't even accommodated for a day pass for the pool next door at the Fairmont we actually got escorted out when we tried to get some information because it was a bit confusing because even though they were both named esj one is Beach Club and one is Towers but yet they are somewhat connected and we ended up walking from our esj Towers Lobby into an exit door that goes to the pool area and we thought that was the pool for our hotel and it's when they approached us and escorted us out and wouldn't even give us any details

Except resort!! Love everything! We traveled with kids 9 and 7 they loved all the different children's games, especially the soccer

So beautiful had a old san juan feel .Great food for breakfast. Cute little pool. Quit and clean. If you have a car parking is a little walk. The only thing was Air-conditioning was ok not the best. But we'll worth the stay the staff was so sweet and polite and welcoming.

Had a little trouble checking in as my card expired while holding the reservation. The cleaning of our room was actually superb to the point I felt obligated to leave a tip. The hotel is older and need some renovations but it is definitely worth the price. We were walking distances from a popular beach and only like 1 mile from Old San Juan. There is a scooter store up the street to rent scooters to get around. The hotel is in a perfect spot to walk and adventure. There was only 1 working elevator so a few points lost for that. Staff was great all around.
