Very convenient location. 2 double bedroom was very spacious. I like the fact that the living room area was separate. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pool was nice and open until 11pm. Good breakfast selection and I liked the perk of having a Happy Hour onsite and offering a few drinks daily per person. Restaurants were decent. The grounds stayed kept during my stay.

The free breakfast and dinner reception was a great perk! The hotel was nice and clean! Stayed for 4 nights. My room was serviced everyday and towels replaced daily! If I needed anything I could text the concierge and it was brought to my room almost immediately!!! 10/10 would highly recommend!! And another plus? The onsite washer and dryer!!!

We stayed four nights as a family of four. It was our hub for a vacation. LOVED the breakfast with the omelet bar and the free happy hour. Kids spent lots of time in the pool. We used the patio restaurant and the grab and go cafe and both were good. We also walked to Isla verde beach - easy 2 blocks and used the hotel umbrellas, chairs, and towels. Parking was easy in the attached garage but they charge $25 a day plus tax which I hadn’t realized was extra. The room was spacious and clean - only complaints was inconsistent hot water in the shower. Would stay again.

I am very very upset. I’m a diabetic with fatty liver disease and a cleaning staff stoke all my medication. The hotel manager treated it like it was no big deal. I can not eat without taking my medication. The last time I ate was yesterday at 3pm it is now the next day at 11.21 and I have to travel back home without being able to eat. I will arrive home at 11.30 at night more than 24 hours of not eating.This is unacceptable! My medication was in the drawer in a plastic zip lock bag. 3 days the same person clean the room on the fourth day it was a different person, and they took my medication. Nothing else was missing. Maybe they thought it was drugs, I don’t know, but that’s evil. I came here for my birthday and the last too days were terrible, not being able to eat.

The room was spacious, clean but very very cold, the temperature in the room could not be adjusted and was all the time on 63F-64F. Is my only complain. The restaurants at the hotel were really good. We tried other restaurants outside and the main restaurant at the hotel was the best by far. Breakfast included also a plus, nice options every day. The staff was all very friendly and nice. The pool was perfect. And while you have to walk to the beach (3blocks away from the hotel to the “private” space for the hotel), it was not very crowded, the beach was clean, we always were able to get chairs and umbrellas, it was very nice! You could order drinks to the beach and you could use the bathrooms of one hotel (from where we ordered the drinks from) less than a block away from the seating area (very clean too).
