Both ocean and rainforest views were to die for pool area was very well maintained staff for Barry helpful .

Our stay was great. There seemed to be some issues with the elevators at times but the property was beautiful and well maintained. Every staff member was so friendly and the location was great for little day trips if we wanted. We will definitely be back.

This place is a piece of paradise none of the pictures does it justice, everything was perfect, the food, nature, ocean, pools, staff, and lost goes on and on. And honestly I can't wait to get back next year as it was the perfect trip ever. If you crave a connection with nature this is DEFINITELY the place to go!

It was like staying in paradise!! The staff was great. Especially Ashley the valet girl was amazing her personality and good energy was felt from the very beginning. The staff and concierge were great as well. The pool and beach area were kept very well.

We had a wonderful stay! The beach was beautiful, our renovated rainforest-view room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with courtesy champagne upon arrival and even received early check-in. A special thank you to Juan Pablo at the buffet and Teddy at the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar for their outstanding service and local recommendations. The food was good but a bit pricey; my only suggestions would be to offer more authentic Puerto Rican dishes and improve room soundproofing, as there was occasional noise from housekeeping and minor repairs. Overall, we had a great experience and are definitely looking forward to future visits.!l
