Vacations Close To El Rey Archaeological Zone

The room smells bad without the AC, and the shower head is broken. The room key did not work 3 times a day when you put it in your pocket with your cell phone. So many trips a day to the reception to rekey it.

The place is beautiful! The staff is very attentive and helpful. Yazmin one of the waitress is very attentive! Thank you we had a wonderful time

Clean room, friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Kukulkan in Cancun! The resort was beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, with breathtaking ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our Elite Club experience made our stay even more special. The personalized service, exclusive amenities, and added comfort truly enhanced our vacation. The separate Elite Club pool was a particular highlight—peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The food was another highlight of our vacation. Breakfast and lunch were amazing at Don Julio, with delicious options and plenty of variety. We also enjoyed the excellent dining experiences in the resort’s restaurants. A special thank you to Miguel and Diaz at Don Julio Restaurant, who were so attentive and welcoming. Their outstanding service made our dining experience even more memorable. We would also like to thank Uribe at the Steakhouse for the excellent service and warm hospitality. The beautiful white-sand beach, comfortable accommodations, and peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. We appreciated the attention to detail and exceptional hospitality throughout the resort. Overall, Riu Palace Kukulkan exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious Cancun getaway, and we would absolutely love to return!
