I really enjoyed my stay at Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort. The food, hotel room, staff, entertainment and service were just amazing. From the time we entered the hotel to the time we left we received the best service and care. I really didn’t want the vacation to end. I’ll be definitely going back to Cancun and will stay at Secrets again. A special thank you goes out to the staff for making our stay so much fun.

Staff was amazing, that door that spin in the side of the souvenir store wasn’t working all the time, lobby bar is really small and just one bartender take some time for drinks at night, rooms are kind of small, food is amazing. The entertainment staff are amazing but not your typical secrets is different

Amazing stay here, I love the way that all the staff is very friendly attentive and I couldn’t be more grateful for this hotel I loved all of the hospitality and service! If you plan on booking, you won’t regret it! Definitely will come back and this year again , almost too soon I’ll be back in 1 month or so I love it! Best place to stay

The property is amazing, the food was terrific . My husband and I got massages and our therapist were amazing . I would definitely go back . The beach did have a lot of seaweed when we were there but the pools were just as fun. Drinks were all so good! Ask for a amaretto sour , or an Alfonso 13, and thank me later!

The room was cleaned every day and night the hallway smells like mold the staff was very friendly and helpful the pool was awesome and my wife enjoyed the spa the restaurant were different requirements for entry men had to wear long pants which I wasn't prepared for I wore jeans which to me is not classy the food was great at the hibachi but mediocre at the other limited drink choices and also please let us know it's a time share property that's all they care about
