My family and I had a great stay, thanks to your staff keeping everything clean and providing such excellent service. While the reception team was super welcoming, the food was a bit underwhelming and lacked flavor. Also, the kids' pool hours were too limited, so extending those would really help families out. We skipped the beach because of all the seaweed, but overall, we had a really great time.

Paradisus is a very special resort and I made many memories there and during excursions. As soon as we arrived, we were able to get a free room upgrade by booking through expedia. There were multiple restaurants to eat from and they all served impeccable food. Even at the pool and beach, the service went above and beyond by providing further food/drinks when needed. This was definitely my first and best experience in a resort.
