We had a great time. The staff was very pleasant. Our favorite was Gilberto due to his smile and personality. We never had issues getting into the restaurants with or without reservations. They had plenty of activities for being off season.

This was our first time at this resort the facilities were very clean and maintained; some staffwrre very nice and helpful some were not mainly in buffet restaurant. Food was great there was some restaurants that we weren't able to attend because they were remodeling or closed. Family friendly; I would recommend the hotel overall.

Honestly this was a budget family resort with kids. The food was great! Better than other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed in. The service in some restaurants were great in others we felt like we were bothering them. The pool area was really entertaining with the dj and activities that they had. One of our favorite activities to go to was the shows they had at the night. Playing kahoot was also fun! Make sure to do an activity outside the resort. Our family did snorkeling and a day at Islas Mujeres.
