The location is very good if you want to see the colonial zone. But we have issues that couldn't be solve even though was easy to fix, first the tv control didn't work, I went to reception 4 times and only got promises and nothing else, the same was for the key of the safe box, so all this time documents and money were unsecure during our stay.

Si bien es cierto la propiedad es pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Lo bueno son lo chicos de la animación, en especial, Samir, Nicol, Michael y Ariel. Pero falta lo más importante que es la música dominicana EN VIVO, falta un bar adicional para la zona del lobby, Asimismo, es necesario más diversidad y calidad en los alimentos del restaurant principal del lobby y snack en la zona de la piscina y de la playa. Mejorar la calidad y variedad de los cocktails y tragos de los bares, Falta mejorar variedad y calidad de comidas y tragos.

The people were very nice. Many things were broken in the room including the toilet and shower. Making reservations for dinner was extremely frustrating as several restaurants weren’t open and there was only 1 reservation per time slot. The restaurants we did eat at had plenty of tables for more reservations. Very disappointing as the restaurants were a huge deciding factor to stay here. We won’t return!

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, cambiar el mobiliario de las habitaciones que están muy viejos, fuera de eso la comida aunque es muy poco variada es buena, buen servicio del personal y buena animación
