Great property very clean bed very clean and comfortable friendly staff love the entertainment team they do the best to keep the guests involved and entertain, food is ok, my only concern it’s not walkable and the nearby area in my point of view are not safe to really walk around once you pass the hotel gate a taxi cost 20$USD going and 20$ coming back, the beach is beautiful if you just want to relax and not trying to know around it’s perfect

Had a wonderful time. I did their elopement wedding package and they went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was delicious and the entertainment staff were talented and kind. I had the bungalow with the pool outside and no matter how many times someone went to go clean it, it was never clean. So I never got to enjoy that part of the accommodation but the main pool and beautiful beach made up for it. This resort is pretty secluded and is 10-20min away from any city life. I totally recommend this resort if you’re looking to just relax and be in the serene surroundings.

It’s a nice resort, the best part is the layout, you have many places to lounge at. The beautiful beach is directly in front of the pool, there’s a ton of hammocks etc. The drinks were great. The buffet food leaves a lot to be desired. It’s typical resort buffet food, nothing special. Our room was also just okay, the in room phone didn’t work, one of the lights kept flickering, the bed was not comfortable. And we didn’t have hot water in the shower a lot of the times. The TV is a smart TV so you have access to netflix etc, which is nice. The staff was nice, there were some that ignored you and others that went above and beyond which was to be expected. Now the prices? Everything in the resort is over priced. We paid $250 for a massage that should be priced at $60 each. It’s a nice place to stay especially with a big group or family, but I would definitely get a rental car and try to explore las terrenas once you get tired of the beach and pool.

Property is decent, got what you paid for. Got food poisoning and was charged $500 in a medical bill. Medical facility and care were way better than expected. Food was okay in my opinion, nothing to write home about, but got the job done. Not much to do on the property besides pool, beach, and small miscellaneous activities. Definitely an older crowd, so it was peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
