We absolutely adored it from the very start to the very end! The staff was fantastic, incredibly friendly to all the family with kids! We even took a tour on horseback to Saltó el Limón, which was the perfect addition! Our child was so happy they didn’t want to leave! Thank you for everything. Esterling was our waitress, and he was amazing, always checking if we needed anything and being so helpful in the morning with breakfast! Everyone was a pleasure to talk to! Thank you again, we’ll definitely be back!

My partner and I had a very lovely stay at Sublime. We were greeted with elegant swan towels and champagne for our honeymoon, a delightful treat. The rooms were spacious and packed with goodies. The property itself is very calm and relaxing, the pool area is large and pitcuresque. Right infront of the beach which was amazing and the resort also provided daily breakfast. The only slight downside was the food. We hoped it be a little better for dinner but breakfast was good. Service at the restuarant/bar is a bit slow but we will definetly be back! Thank you to the lovely Sublime team

The location and resort was beautiful. The pricing and food quality were not in sync. Very small portion, small selection, and quality was not there. We left the resort several nights for dinner and needed to go grocery shopping. Most of us were hungry after eating meals and spending an amount that should not have left us hungry.

The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. Instead there is a little note on the table easily missed and we didn’t see until we tried to use the restroom in the room. The restaurant randomly closes on particular days and when I asked why they said they didn’t know. Pretty property and the food at the beach place is good even if expensive.

The property is stunning and the beach is spectacular, unfortunately breakfast is poor for such hotel Room was beautiful and very clean but had very weak water pressure, about 10% of normal pressure for a shower. Hotel personal is very kind but lack training and guidance. I asked several times over 2 days to extend an additional night but no one was able to assist, management was not available. Property is truly spectacular and I would stay again despite negative items
