“A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Our dog loved it too!”

“The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. “Honestly, just a perfect stay. Convenient and beautiful location, clean and comfortable bed and bathroom, and access to a fridge. There will be access to laundry again, but was currently under repair. In 3 weeks of travelling, this was absolutely my favorite. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were soft. There was a nice couch and wardrobe to relax. There are fridges in each room as well as in the common area to store food. Chilled bottled water is stocked in...
