"This review is an old one so hopefully the hotel has changed hands in the last 5 years. Without getting into too much detail my 3 room booking was messed up by the staff and poorly handled by very rude management. Patong has so many cheap hotels, call up and ask whether it's changed hands recently before considering this one. "
