“We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to...

“If you are looking only for a Villa, you can stay here. The villas are very comfortable for a good price but the services provided by the staff are horrible. They do not try to help clients. We were tried to be charged 40 € for cleaning 3 towels that they do not try to clean in the washing machine. We clean up the towels with our hands in less than 5 minutes and then they apologize for not trying to clean them, they only want you to be charged. We got no electricity 2 times and the first time...

The lobby staff were the loveliest, they went above and beyond. The shuttle bus drivers were so efficient and always on time. The five of us on the trip all said we would stay here again in a heartbeat ”

The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent.
