We had an overnight stop. The hotel is very near to the terminal and there was a shuttle bus. The shuttle organiser was at Exit door 4. We did not have to wait either going to the hotel or back to the terminal in the morning. Ideal for our stopover. Room was quite satisfactory.

This is old Novotel, it's being refitted and now run by Hyatt ... It's got good bones but it's but old and tired. Hopefully the Hyatt will make it great. I checked in at 5am and they gave me a room and allowed me to leave next morning later which was great. There service is really good here and the shuttle from the airport is the best, and it is the asiest hotel for doing transit.

The property is beautiful in the Hyatt tradition. You will find the luxury that you expect. It is kind of far from the terminal though and there is nothing around it. They have everything that you need there but , also in the Hyatt tradition, it is all very pricey. A small latte in the lobby is 210 bhat or about $6 US. You will have a nice stay. You will spend a lot of money.
