Our Trip to Thailand for our 16th anniversary was simply amazing. Thailand is a must go. Avani was a wonderful part of our experience with gracious staff, and need to shout out to Yob, Who was there for us everyday to assist us and get us up and down the mountain from our villa to the lobby so many times....Our pool villa was fantastic and strongly recommend. all the staff at Avani were there for us. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay at Avani.

Great view, helpful and friendly staff. Clean property and overall hotel. Some renovations are needed in the room, there were some ants but the staff quickly helped to remove them. We absolutely loved the unique concept of having rooms spread across different parts of the hill, which made the stay feel extra special. The rooms were spacious, the pool was amazing, and the pool villa looked so tempting that we’re already thinking of booking it next time. The staff at the buffet breakfast were very friendly, and we really appreciated the customised dishes prepared for us. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay.

Views are amazing! The location is the best, close to everything and all the action. The staff is great and very welcoming. Clean room. Welcome gift. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to help. The location was perfect walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The amenities and overall hospitality were top tier. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular and the location was excellent! Our room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A couple things to note (as to why I’m not giving 5 stars); the pre-trip communication wasn’t the best, as I tried on numerous occasions to contact the hotel with questions regarding transfers. Also on one of the days, we were enjoying the infinity pool, but a multi-generational family arrived and at least 20 kids were very noisy and disruptive in the pool. They completely took over so we had to leave the pool area as it was unbearable. It ruined what was to be a relaxing pool day.

Good hotel. Great location. Lot of walking to get to rooms, but manageable. Food/breakfast options limited, especially if you are vegetarian. The room with whatever food options they had, smelled so much, you didn't feel like having anything.
